For the last 6 weeks or so, my weight has been steadily fluctuating between 350 and 357 – But, per the books I’ve been reading on whole foods and eating right, it is important not to get discouraged if I am not loosing the weight that I want to…
After all, I am still down almost 40 pounds… I started at 387 and got down to 349 and then spent 6 weeks going up and down between 350 and 357 – that is pretty good weight loss in 3 months, I think.
Well, I started “feeling” different about a week or so ago, I feel bad that I cannot be more scientific… but, I just started to “feel” like I was going to begin loosing again, and sure enough about a week after those “feelings” began, I broke down through the 350 pound level!
Today, I am 346 – well, 346.7 – but, I am going to round down – deal with it Now, I didn’t want to post this until I was sure I was headed in the right direction, and it has been about 5 days now that I have been fluctuating between 346 and 351 – So, I think I have broken through and am heading in the correct direction again.
